GRAVITY TRAINING
Cable training goes one step further with GRAVITY and its new home at GRAVITY UK. Featuring a moving glideboard and nine adjustable resistance levels, a person utilises their own body weight against gravity for a training workout that cannot be replicated by any other equipment available in the market. This course covers movement execution for the Complete GTS® Library Series which includes more than 80 incline GRAVITY resistance training exercises taught on the GTS®.
You will earn GRAVITY® technology and effective body weight resistance training techniques, use of force angles, three-dimensional movement and program expansion for training multiple clients simultaneously.
