The Active IQ Level 2 Certificate in Instructing Circuit Sessions is a vocationally related qualification (VRQ), at level 2 on the National Qualifications Framework. It is also recognised by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at level 2.
Candidates will broaden their skills as a group exercise instructor, gym instructor, fitness instructor or personal trainer by developing their ability to plan and deliver safe and effective Circuit Training / Bootcamp sessions

Guided Learning Hours 30, Notional Learning Hours 40
This qualification comprises two units, namely:
- Unit 1 - Planning a Group Circuit Training Session
- Unit 2 - Instructing a Group Circuit Training Session
Successful achievement of both units must be achieved for the full qualification.
Assessment:
Assessment of unit 1 is via completion of a portfolio demonstrating the candidates ability to plan a Group Circuit or Bootcamp Session. Unit 2 is assessed via DVD for the practical session
