Young Yoga is the latest addition to FFY. Our team of
experts in both Yoga and Kids Fitness have collaborated
to create Yoga workouts for all ages. These workouts are
specific to the growing needs of young people
considering their growth patterns, physical abilities and
peer group pressures
.
This course provides online and practical learning to teach
children aged 5 to teens.
Please note that we offer Level 2 certificate in teaching physical activity to children (5-11) for all instructors who require a qualification to teach children
This qualification is ideal for

Your tutor Jennie Lichfield
Jen has 15 years experience in health, wellness and fitness training. She started in complementary therapy as a reflexologist before training to be a fitness instructor five years ago. She combines a holistic approach with physical fitness, bringing her unique style to Fitness Yoga, Yoga for Children and Fitness Pilates. In so doing, Jen has built up a reputation for excellence, integrity and achieving results. More recently Jen has trained as a Master NLP Practitioner and offers personal development coaching to her list of client services. Using NLP (neuro linguistic programming), time line therapy and hypnosis, she has achieved significant breakthroughs with clients, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve their potential. Jen now spends her time teaching holistic classes in her local community and schools, seeing private therapy clients and providing seminars or workshops in both fitness and personal development.
